What sets these cookies apart is the royal icing utilised for their design. This icing offers greater flexibility in creating designs since you can craft any design you desire, unrestricted by moulds, which is a limitation of fondant cookies. I also personally prefer the taste of royal icing over fondant.

All cookies are individually heat sealed in clear bags to maintain there freshness, but are best eaten within 6 weeks.
